Construction Element have completed the refurbishment of Kyashii London in Upper St Martins Lane. We Project Managed and procured various fields of construction and fit out. There where many challenging issues on site due to some poor standards of work when it had originally been fitted out. We managed the Project Management, Clerk of works, new Sushi bar, New VIP dining area and general maintenance issues that where needed to be corrected. We also organised some O & M Manuals for the restautrant as the previous contarctor had not organised any of these.
