Construction Element have been contracted by clients agent to fit out their new 2500 ft square office on the 5th Floor of 52/54 Gracechurch Street London. As ATC Solutions are expanding we have been appointed to help them bring their office solutions to house their ever growing work force. The works will consist of glazed partitioning, teapoint , meeting areas, AV & Data points and Electrical & Mechanical services. Watch out for our project page on completion date.
Construction Element have completed the refurbishment of Kyashii London in Upper St Martins Lane. We Project Managed and procured various fields of construction and fit out. There where many challenging issues on site due to some poor standards of work when it had originally been fitted out. We managed the Project Management, Clerk of works, new Sushi bar, New VIP dining area and general maintenance issues that where needed to be corrected. We also organised some O & M Manuals for the restautrant as the previous contarctor had not organised any of these.
